Custom gloves take 6-8 weeks (42-56 days) from the order date. Once your custom glove is ready to ship then our shipping will send a tracking # to the email provided on the order. We send all our boxes USPS Priority with signature confirmation. The box will require signature at your address. If you’re not home the box will be at your local post office for 15 days. Once 15 days pass then USPS will return the glove back to us.

Custom gloves are made from the order you submit to us on our customizer. Once we receive the order we send it to production immediately. The problem with making order changes is we cut patterns and do embroidery early in the glove making process and because of this we don’t allow order changes after the order has been placed. Please double check your order or ask questions before placing your order.

Custom gloves have 1 year warranty from the original order date for normal use. Normal use is up to BWP gloves discretion.
Steaming, baking, microwaving, water bucket break-ins, or any other exotic break in method immediately VOID the 1 year warranty. This includes dogs chewing the glove and violently using a mallet on the glove.
Leather is a natural product from the hide of cow/steer(not manufactured). Please just play catch to break in your glove and use some Leather Cream. That is all you need with some patience.
